- Yorku winter term 2024 classes start on Monday, January 8, 2024. It is the first day of classes for winter in 2024.
- Fees for Winter undergraduate course enrolments are due on January 10, 2024.
- Second half of fees for residence charges and meal plans are due on January 10, 2024.
- January 22, 2024 is the last date to add a course without permission of the instructor.
- The last date to announce components of final grades is January 22, 2024.
- The last date to add a course with permission of instructor is January 31, 2024.
- January 31, 2024 is the deadline for reassessment at the domestic tuition rate for the current Winter term only.
- Yorku Winter Reading Week 2024 is from Saturday, February 17, 2024 to Friday, February 23, 2024.
- Yorku Family Day holiday is February 19, 2024. University closed.
- The deadline to apply to graduate in June 2024 is March 1, 2024.
- The drop deadline is March 11, 2024. It is the last date to drop a course without receiving a grade.
- Course Withdrawal Period (withdraw from a course and receive a grade of “W” on transcript) is March 12, 2024 to April 8, 2024.
- Good Friday (University closed) is March 29, 2024. There are no classes.
- The last date to submit Winter term work is April 8, 2024.
- Winter classes end on April 8, 2024.
- Winter Study Day is on April 9, 2024.
- Yorku Winter 2024 examinations are from April 10, 2024 to April 25, 2024.
